Request Use of MLK Community Land
The MLK Community Land Use Program provides affordable, short-term access to community-owned land for food trucks, vendors, nonprofits, faith groups, and community organizers—especially during culturally significant dates such as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
This land is stewarded by a nonprofit for community benefit. We offer short-term, event-based access only, allowing small businesses and community groups to activate the land responsibly and affordably.

- Approved applicants receive:
- Written approval
- Short-Term Land Use License Agreement
- Applicant submits program Donation and or Fee
- Event occurs under nonprofit guidelines
